This contract opportunity runs through June 18, 2027, offering a consistent schedule onsite with a manageable caseload of 30-40 students each week.

As a valued professional in this role, you’ll collaborate with school teams to promote students’ independence, participation, and success within their academic environment.

What you’ll bring:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Active Occupational Therapist license, with eligibility to practice in Michigan
• Schools-based OT experience is highly preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently—please note: COTAs cannot be considered for this position due to supervision requirements
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Primary responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to a diverse caseload of 30-40 students
• Assess students’ needs, develop treatment plans, and set meaningful, measurable goals
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings and other team consultations
• Implement interventions and strategies that support student participation in both classroom and school activities
• Work onsite across multiple school locations as needed, maintaining flexibility and organization throughout the school week (32.5 hours/week)
