Full-Charge Bookkeeper

Full-Charge Bookkeeper - West Haven, CT Our client, a growing service-based organization, is seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and support overall financial management. This hands-on role will manage core accounting functions, maintain accurate financial records, and work closely with leadership and external advisors. Responsibilities Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting activities. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Perform bank and account reconciliations. Handle payroll processing and related recordkeeping. Maintain general ledger accuracy and support month-end close activities. Partner with external accounting resources on financial matters and reporting requirements. Assist with special projects and other accounting-related responsibilities as needed. Qualifications Experience in full-cycle bookkeeping and general accounting. Proficiency with QuickBooks Online required. AccuBuild experience is a plus.
