This role is a strong fit for someone who is organized, detail-driven, dependable, and motivated to produce high-quality work in a fast-moving legal environment. What You'll Do Manage litigation files and cases from file to trial with precision and consistency Draft, organize, review, and file legal documents, including drafting and answering discovery Track deadlines, case activity, and follow-up items Coordinate records, discovery, exhibits, and case materials, including trial preparation support Prepare demands, settlements, and supporting documentation Communicate and coordinate with attorneys, clients, courts, vendors, providers, experts, insurers, and opposing parties Keep cases organized, accurate, and moving forward What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to work with speed without sacrificing accuracy #J-18808-Ljbffr
