Business Development Executive

Gender: Male Age: Minimum 20+ Education: Mandatory Bachelor's Degree (any stream) Experience: Minimum 1+ years of professional work experience (preferably in Field Sales/ Marketing/B2B/B2C) Vehicle: Mandatory ownership of a Scooty or a Bike with a valid driving license. Language: English proficiency is required, along with mandatory local language proficiency for the Respective city: * For Bangalore: Kannada (Mandatory) * For Hyderabad: Telugu (Mandatory) * For Chennai: Tamil (Mandatory) Key Responsibilities The Business Development Executive will be responsible for a dual mandate of Sales and Marketing within their assigned area. 1. Field Sales & Business Acquisition Target Achievement: Execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (revenue, number of clients, etc.). Prospecting and Closing: Actively generate and qualify new business leads through calling, referrals, and extensive field activity. Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct in-person meetings and tailored product/service demonstrations with prospective clients using their personal two-wheeler for efficient local travel. Negotiation: Understand client needs, present winning proposals, and effectively negotiate and close sales contracts.
