Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing to support clients in improving their mental health.

• Engaging clients in discussions about their emotions, thoughts, and experiences, facilitating self-insight and personal development.

• Acting as a supportive advocate for your clients, assisting them in defining their therapeutic goals and working collaboratively to achieve them.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will consist of stable adults with low acuity who have been carefully screened before accessing services. This ensures a focus on manageable cases without the added stressors of severe mental health issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Full licensure by the state board, enabling independent practice without supervision as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate disposition towards clients.

• Proficiency with technology, including counseling platforms and virtual communication tools.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is preferred, allowing you to navigate complex client situations and offer robust therapeutic support. Candidates with specialized training or certification in areas such as trauma-informed care or cognitive-behavioral therapy will be given preference.

Compensation and Benefits\n
