Business Development Representative

Gradient Financial Group is a financial services organization with twelve specialized entities, including Gradient Insurance Brokerage, which offers fixed annuities and life insurance solutions. This role will start on July 20th, 2026. What Youll Do- Meet monthly recruiting expectations through proactive outbound outreach
- Meet monthly activity goals, including high-volume phone outreach and performance metrics
- Attend all required training events
- Register Financial Services Professionals for training events
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Previous customer service experience Preferred
- Previous financial services industry experience Preferred
- Basic knowledge of annuities, insurance, securities, and investment advisory products and services - Preferred
- Grit and a coachable attitude
- Proficient organizational skills
