The standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide one-on-one therapy for individuals, couples, or families through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, utilizing effective, evidence-based interventions.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to formulate personalized treatment plans that address specific client needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

• Ensure thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, adhering to industry standards.

• Participate in regular virtual team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and collaborate effectively with a team of psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through trainings and case consultations to remain at the forefront of best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving school-aged children and adolescents dealing with a myriad of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Our approach prioritizes building strong, trusting relationships with clients, recognizing the unique experiences and cultural backgrounds of each individual. By providing tailored support, you will empower young people to navigate their mental health challenges effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
