IT Support Technician

In this role, you'll work alongside senior engineers to troubleshoot a wide range of end-user environments, support business-critical systems, and gain the hands-on technical experience that helps build a long-term IT career. This is a hybrid opportunity in Beachwood, OH. What You’ll Get: Salary starting at $50,000+, scalable based on experience Health insurance, PTO, retirement plan, and bonus plan Hybrid work schedule (up to 2 remote days per week after training) Friendly, people-focused leadership and strong technical mentorship Clear opportunities for career growth and skill development What You’ll Do: Provide support for common business applications including Microsoft 365 (O365) through phone, email, remote, and onsite support Support and maintain client networks and security infrastructure including LAN/WAN, firewalls, access points, and switches Troubleshoot issues across a variety of on-premises and cloud environments Manage and prioritize support tickets while setting clear expectations and delivering excellent customer service Accurately document client issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions Support over 100+ SMB clients, gaining exposure to diverse technologies and business environments What You Bring: 0–2 years of hands-on PC support or IT support experience Experience with Microsoft 365 General knowledge of hardware platforms, cloud services, and line-of-business applications Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to shift priorities quickly in a fast-paced service environment Confidence delivering high-quality customer service and communicating clearly with end users Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow tasks through to completion accurately Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new technologies and tools Why This Role Stands Out: Strong mentorship from senior engineers to accelerate your technical growth Exposure to a wide range of technologies across multiple client environments Hybrid flexibility with a team-first culture Great opportunity for someone looking to grow from support into a long-term MSP career path #J-18808-Ljbffr
