Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will provide therapeutic services to couples and families. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting initial assessments, creating treatment plans, and providing evidence-based individual and family therapy.
\n
• Facilitating sessions with couples, while also conducting individual sessions as needed to address personal issues.
\n
• Tackling a variety of concerns, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief, family conflicts, communication problems, and adjustment issues relating to divorce or separation.

• Utilizing telemedicine platforms to deliver care while also having the flexibility to conduct in-person sessions when applicable.
\n
• Documenting client progress and maintaining thorough, accurate records as per organizational guidelines.
