Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions tailored to individual, family, and group needs, using evidence-based practices that encompass a wide range of mental health issues.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute emotional distress, ensuring their safety through well-defined action plans.

• Maintain rigorous documentation of client records in accordance with HIPAA and other state policies, ensuring both confidentiality and accessibility for interdisciplinary teams.

• Engage in regular consultation and collaboration with a variety of healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic-care strategies for clients.

• Continuously update your knowledge of emerging trends and methodologies in psychotherapy to enhance your practice.

This position focuses primarily on clients in hospice care, providing mental health support during an emotionally sensitive period. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in California as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, or eligibility for licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
