Job Full Description

Express Employment is looking to hire an Administrative / Office Assistant for a local company. This position will support a diverse range of administrative needs.

Job Highlights:

Answer and manage multiple phone lines
File, handling and distributing mail
Data Entry / record keeping
Greeting clients and vendors
Fast paced work environment with a variety of tasks

What we look for:

Computer skills - MS Word, Excel & Outlook
Effective communication (verbal/written)
Organizational & interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills
Customer service and phone etiquette

Pay Rate: $12 - $18 Depending on experience.
