Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to thoroughly understand client needs and to formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a wide variety of clients, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to address their unique concerns.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at common mental health issues, fostering a sense of belonging and community among participants.

• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to provide holistic and coordinated care to clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention in mental health emergencies, ensuring that clients receive the timely support they require.

• Educate clients on their mental health conditions, available therapeutic options, and community resources that can aid in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.

• Strong understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven experience providing therapy to diverse populations, including both individual and group settings.

• Solid ethical judgment and adherence to professional standards in various situations.

• Competency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
