Associate Director, Market Insights
Disc Medicine
Disc Medicine seeks an Associate Director of Market Insights to lead commercial analytics and research initiatives for the company's first product launch and pipeline assets. This hybrid role in Watertown, MA involves developing market research strategies, synthesizing competitive data, and collaborating across commercial and medical functions.
Responsibilities
- Develop market research and insights plans for bitopertin and pipeline products
- Analyze primary research, competitive intelligence, and market data into strategic recommendations
- Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access teams on research needs and integration
- Manage data acquisitions and lead research study execution from design through delivery
- Track external signals affecting commercialization and develop marketing effectiveness metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 8-10 years biopharma commercial operations experience
- Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint proficiency
- Project management expertise
- Strong data visualization and communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Cross-functional collaboration and interpersonal skills
