Full-time positions require a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week, while part-time positions can start with as few as 5 hours per week. Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Intercare Therapy Counseling Center, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults. This demographic includes individuals dealing with mild to moderate challenges such as anxiety, stress management, relationship issues, and life transitions. Providing targeted therapeutic support allows you to positively influence client outcomes and foster personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• Independent licensure status with no supervision required and no disciplinary actions on your record.

• Strong interpersonal skills paired with computer literacy to smoothly navigate our telehealth systems.

• A stable, reliable Wi-Fi connection to ensure uninterrupted communication during client sessions.
