Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of each patient to assess their recovery progress and develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific orthopedic needs.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation to effectively alleviate pain and restore function.
• Implement interventions designed to help patients achieve their therapy goals and regain independence in daily activities.
• Monitor and document patients' progress through detailed record-keeping, ensuring that treatments align with established therapeutic goals.
• Modify treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations and patient feedback to maximize recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and families on rehabilitation processes and effective use of assistive devices, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each patient's care.
• Maintain professional development by participating in workshops, pursuing continuing education opportunities, and engaging with professional societies to remain current with therapeutic innovations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Orthopedic Physical Therapist will work with a diverse client population, including children, adults, and seniors who are experiencing recovery from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program preferred.

• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in an orthopedic setting, demonstrating knowledge of evidence-based practices in rehabilitation.
• Current CPR certification, reflecting a commitment to patient safety and emergency preparedness.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation center and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems are preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in developing comprehensive, goal-oriented therapy plans that yield successful patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience, alongside a substantial benefits package.
