Key Responsibilities\n

As the Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of children with developmental delays or disabilities.
\n
• Actively participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to each child's unique strengths and challenges.
\n
• Monitoring progress and outcomes as a collaborative team member, ensuring that all guidelines are compliant with federal and state regulations.
\n
• Providing families with the tools, skills, and resources necessary to support their child's growth and development in a natural learning environment.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to develop rapport with children and families, ensuring a healthy and nurturing learning atmosphere.

• Employing the coaching model and natural environment teaching techniques as you engage with families and their children.
\n
• Facilitating open communication with families regarding their priorities, concerns, and strategies for enhancing their child's developmental journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young children aged 0-3 years facing various challenges related to physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication development. By working closely with families in a supportive manner, you'll help them navigate the early intervention process, creating a strong support network that prioritizes the child's individual needs.

Qualifications\n

We require the following qualifications for potential candidates:

• A Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, along with licensure from the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.
\n
• A valid driver's license to facilitate potential travel for in-person meetings when necessary.

• Strong adaptability to meet the diverse learning styles and individualized treatment needs of children.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
