Business Controller

Job Summary We are seeking a Business Controller for the KONE Northeast District in Boston, MA. The candidate will analyze financial performance, provide insights, and support strategic decisions across the region. Responsibilities Analyze financial performance and drive business insights to improve results. Partner with leadership and influence decision‑making through data and forecasting. Use advanced Excel, financial reporting systems, and SAP to manage financial data. Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Interpret financial data, track key performance indicators, and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on forecasting, planning, and ensuring financial operations align with company standards. Qualifications 7+ years of progressive finance experience, including business controlling expertise. Strong foundation in accounting, analysis, and reporting. Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial systems such as SAP or Hyperion. Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred. Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
