Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create treatment plans tailored to individual needs, encompassing crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication management plans.

• Act as a key liaison between patients, service systems, state agencies, and community partners, facilitating access to comprehensive support services.

• Execute additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications\n
