Pay Range:$24.00-$36.00 Per Hr

Description
Engage in payroll processes to ensure precise and timely payroll administration.
Maintain electronic employee pay profiles using a payroll management system.
Provide mentorship and support to other payroll specialists.
Integrate new hires and maintain employee records in the payroll system.
Collaborate with human resources on payroll deductions and leaves of absence.
Address payroll discrepancies and assist with payroll-related queries.
Prepare various payroll reports and assist with tax account registrations.

Key Responsibilities
Process U.S. payrolls accurately and promptly.
Cross-train with team members to ensure comprehensive support.
Update payroll records with employee changes and ensure accuracy.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and liaise with relevant departments.
Prepare and distribute pay statements and reports.

Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
Adaptability and ability to work in ambiguous situations.
Interpersonal and teamwork skills for effective collaboration.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Knowledge of multi-state payroll tax laws and benefit programs.
