Senior Account Executive - Drug & Grocery

Responsibilities Sell and service eyewear products by managing existing accounts and developing new prospects. Use extensive knowledge of products, services, and marketing techniques to achieve market share growth and operational goals. Develop creative sales strategies to contact prospects, create opportunities, and increase revenue. Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers and prospects. Represent the eyewear line of business in all sales activities. Work independently while collaborating with partners, the team, and colleagues to exceed quota targets and maintain a balanced product line. Apply innovative solutions to customers’ business problems by understanding their requirements. Keep up‑to‑date knowledge of existing and new products and services to provide accurate information. Identify future customer requirements and feedback and communicate them appropriately. Act as liaison between departments and customers to ensure service levels and expectations are met. Collaborate with marketing and product development to address customer needs and analyze market data. Utilize the sales automation system to track inquiries, maintain records, and prepare reports. Manage and lead special projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum five years of sales experience with demonstrated account management, servicing, negotiation, and established customer relationships. Results‑driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills and a high degree of detail orientation. Track record of meeting sales/revenue goals for small to medium accounts. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Track record in developing business‑to‑business relationships. Adaptable, positive, resilient, patient risk‑taker who is open to new ideas. Resourceful team player building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues. Innovative problem solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve problems. Capable of prioritizing and juggling multiple concurrent sales opportunities. Exceptional listener and communicator conveying information effectively in writing and verbally. Highly motivated self‑starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision. Must travel more than 50% of the time and possess a clean driving record. Preferred experience in the drug and grocery markets. Experience using Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Compensation and Benefits Salary ranges: $61,302.00 - $94,044.00. The compensation package may include eligible bonuses and commissions. VSP Vision benefits are available.
