Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough preliminary interviews with clients, documenting case histories from the initial consultation to treatment conclusion.

• Evaluate the mental, behavioral, and emotional health of clients to inform individualized treatment approaches.

• Design and implement tailored intervention and recovery plans for individuals, couples, families, and group therapy sessions.

• Facilitate both individual therapy and group workshops, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to foster emotional healing and growth.

• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective recovery pathways.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

Compensation and Benefits\n
