Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans aligned with best practices.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in a related field such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Proven ability to establish rapport and effective therapeutic relationships with clients, demonstrating exceptional communication skills that foster trust.

• Cultural competency to work effectively with individuals from varied socio-economic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds, empathetically addressing their unique needs.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities for maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling is required, candidates with additional experience in telehealth settings or specialty areas, such as trauma-informed care or substance abuse counseling, will be highly regarded. Previous engagement in community outreach activities or mental health education will also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
