Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments for new clients to gather detailed backgrounds and mental health histories, enabling you to cosign a relevant and effective treatment plan.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical best practices, current research, and individual client needs.

• Provide ongoing mental health counseling sessions through video conferencing, ensuring accessibility and comfort for clients in need of support.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques suitable for teenagers, adults, and couples, adapting your approach as necessary to meet various client circumstances.

• Document all interactions and treatment progress efficiently using Simple Practice to maintain accurate records and facilitate communication with clients.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a mental health clinician in the state (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Our counselors enjoy a generous fee split model with zero overhead costs; therapists never pay any fees to Baihealth. Additionally, we provide:
