This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while remaining connected with a dedicated team of professionals. Our outpatient office focuses on a collaborative approach, where licensed professionals work alongside clinical psychologists and other licensed mental health clinicians to enhance our service delivery. As a telehealth counselor, you will engage with clients via virtual platforms, ensuring accessibility while maintaining high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapy services to a diverse clientele, including children, teens, and young adults, focusing on creating personalized treatment plans.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions, actively engaging with clients and their families to assess progress and recalibrate treatment strategies when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with organizational policies and best practices.

• Collaborate closely with your clinical team to discuss cases, share insights, and strengthen our clinical approaches for better patient outcomes.

• Participate in continuous professional development and adhere to evidence-based practices within the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes children, adolescents, and young adults facing various mental health challenges. Many of these individuals experience trauma, anxiety, depression, and other co-occurring disorders. As a counselor, you will play a critical role in modifying maladaptive behaviors, teaching effective communication skills, and supporting clients in crisis situations. Your interventions will aid in fostering resilience and enhancing families' overall mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field.

• Current and active state licensure in Oregon as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is required.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing unsupervised psychotherapy sessions post-licensure.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a telehealth environment is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as EMDR, DBT, and CBT.

• Strong background in working with family dynamics and youth mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this position is between $80,000 and $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
