Blue Sushi Sake Grill, part of Flagship Restaurant Group in Naperville, seeks a Sous Sushi Chef to partner with the Executive Chef and General Manager. You will lead BOH operations, ensuring quality, creativity, and operational excellence to bring our signature sushi experience to life.
