Wooden Paddle is seeking a driven Sous Chef to join our 13-year-old restaurant and catering company. You will lead a high-volume kitchen, mentor staff, and ensure every dish meets our standards for taste, accuracy, and presentation. You'll balance hands-on coaching with oversight of daily operations, staffing, and cost control, while upholding our vibrant, party-ready culture.
