This is a sales-dominant role for someone who enjoys competing, building relationships, and turning conversations into closed business. We are looking for more than someone who can provide a quote. You do not need to be licensed to apply. Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start date. Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of starting. We provide study resources, guidance, and full support throughout the licensing process. What You'll Do Generate new business through warm leads, referrals, outbound prospecting, and follow‑up. Conduct needs‑based sales conversations and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Quote, present, and close Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other insurance products. Conduct policy reviews to uncover coverage gaps and cross‑sell opportunities. Confidently handle objections and move opportunities toward a buying decision. Build strong customer relationships that generate retention, referrals, and additional business. Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently follow up on open opportunities. Track activity and work toward individual and agency production goals. Provide professional support to customers while keeping growth and relationship development at the center of each interaction.
