What You'll Do

• Provide consultative Urology services with support from two permanent physicians
• Handle 3–4 surgeries per week, including ureteroscopy and laser lithotripsy
• Manage 24-hour call coverage for acute cases and emergencies
• Perform outpatient procedures, including TURP, TURBT, and flexible cystoscopy
• Collaborate with hospital staff on patient care and treatment plans
• Utilize Cerner EMR system to document patient interactions and procedures
• Support a diverse patient population, from high-acuity cases to routine urological care

What You Need

• Active Arizona medical license or IMLC license
• DEA certification required
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology
• Minimum 1 year of Urology practice experience
• Strong clinical skills, including experience with common urological procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with robotic procedures (not required)
• Familiarity with hospital-based outpatient procedures
