As a licensed therapist in our organization, you will have the advantage of working in a fully remote setting, providing therapy sessions from the comfort of your home or preferred location. The workweek is structured with a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for predictable work hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will support a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health conditions. By utilizing telehealth, you will reach clients who may have barriers to in-person therapy, allowing for greater access to vital mental health resources throughout California.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a current and valid California licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or possess a PsyD.

• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a mental health-related field.

• Demonstrate proficiency in managing clinical records and treatment documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mental health counseling are preferred.
