Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, adapting your therapeutic methods to fit each client's unique needs.

• Perform thorough assessments of clients' mental health statuses, formulating comprehensive and individualized treatment plans based on best practices and evidence-based approaches.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, tailoring your interventions towards effective coping strategies that address the specific concerns of your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be providing therapy to a diverse patient population including children, adolescents, and adults. Your skills in crisis intervention and the ability to work with co-occurring disorders will be essential in helping clients achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California is required.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in delivering mental health counseling to children, adolescents, and adults, demonstrating expertise in therapeutic practices and client engagement.

• Experience in a remote counseling environment, along with familiarity with clients experiencing co-occurring mental health disorders.

• A track record of working with diverse populations and effectively addressing varied mental health concerns.

• Certifications in specialized therapeutic interventions such as DBT, CCTP, Military and Trauma Certification, or similar credentials are preferred but not required.
