Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct 30-minute telehealth counseling sessions with clients, delivering personalized mental health support and guidance.

• Address sub-clinical issues such as work stress, procrastination, and work-life balance through evidence-based strategies and techniques.

• Assist clients in identifying and pursuing personal and professional goals, fostering their growth and resilience.

• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements to our platform.

• Document client progress using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards and best practices in mental health documentation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as either an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• At least two years of direct experience in a mental health counseling setting.

• Demonstrated ability to develop rapport with clients quickly, showing empathy and understanding of their challenges.

• Knowledge of and experience with electronic medical records systems (EMR) is preferred, but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from $115,000 to $130,000, depending on your experience and the number of hours worked.
