Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Poplar Spring Behavioral Health, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and crafting tailored treatment plans that align with their specific challenges.

• Facilitating weekly therapy sessions for individuals and couples, providing a safe space for open dialogue and emotional exploration.

• Adjusting therapeutic techniques and interventions as needed based on client progress and feedback to ensure the most effective treatment pathways are employed.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment outcomes, and any adjustments made to therapy plans in alignment with ethical guidelines and state regulations.

• Leading group therapy sessions to foster community support and collective healing among clients facing similar challenges.

• Connecting clients with additional resources, including referrals to specialists, support groups, or community programs that can supplement their therapy experience.

Our clients include individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A valid California LMFT license in good standing, with no disciplinary actions.

• A demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals, couples, and families from diverse cultural, social, and economic backgrounds.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts and build rapport with clients.

• Preferred certifications in specific therapy modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Solution-Focused Therapy, are a plus, enhancing your therapeutic approach.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting is required, with a proven track record of successfully facilitating therapy for varied patient demographics. Compensation and Benefits\n
