Work Environment\n This position operates entirely remotely, allowing you the flexibility to provide care from your own home or preferred location. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some potential flexibility based on patient needs and clinic requirements. As part of our telehealth team, you will utilize innovative digital platforms to connect with clients, ensuring they receive uninterrupted support and therapy. Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine patients' psychological needs and create personalized treatment plans. \n Deliver evidence-based therapy techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to individuals, couples, and families. \n Lead psychoeducational and support group sessions that foster community and address essential mental health topics. \n Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to deliver coordinated and holistic care. \n Provide crisis intervention services and support patients in times of mental health emergencies. \n Educate clients on various mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources. \n Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational guidelines. \n Engage actively in team meetings, case consultations, and training sessions for continuous professional growth. \n Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment practices. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population consisting of adolescents, adults, and families, each presenting a unique set of challenges related to their mental health. Our clients come from a variety of backgrounds and experiences, making cultural competency and empathy paramount in delivering effective therapeutic services. Qualifications\n \n A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of California. \n Strong foundation in mental health disorders, evidence-based therapeutic modalities, and counseling techniques. \n Proficiency in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing impactful treatment plans. \n Experience in providing individual and group therapy to a varied patient demographic. \n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with patients. \n Ability to maintain professional ethics and boundaries while providing care. \n Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth technologies to facilitate patient care. \n A collaborative mindset suited for working in a multidisciplinary team setting. \n Preferred Experience\n \n At least 2 years of clinical experience in mental health therapy, demonstrating a successful track record in patient care. \n Experience in providing virtual therapy services and proficiency with telehealth platforms. \n Specializations in areas such as trauma-informed care or substance use disorders are a plus. \n Compensation and Benefits\n This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
