Key Responsibilities\n

As a Telehealth Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting continuous assessments to determine treatment needs and adjustments, ensuring the therapy remains effective and responsive to client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients aged 18 and older who may be experiencing difficulties in achieving community stability due to mental health challenges. This role requires a compassionate and understanding approach, identifying the unique barriers each client faces and working collaboratively to build resilience and independence. You will engage with a diverse clientele, including those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders.

Qualifications\n

Qualified candidates must possess the following credentials:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid mental health license issued by the state board, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• The ability to practice independently without supervision and a clean disciplinary record on your license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
