Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to accurately identify clients’ mental health issues and formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, adapting your strategies based on client feedback and progress.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide holistic care that addresses various aspects of clients' lives.

• Offer psychoeducation and support to clients' families, equipping them with the knowledge to assist in the recovery journey and promote an understanding of mental health challenges.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of client interactions and progress notes, maintaining accurate and confidential records in accordance with ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include a broad spectrum of individuals experiencing mental health conditions, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A relevant master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• It is crucial to have specialized training or significant experience in the mental health counseling field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which are essential for effective collaboration with other professionals and building rapport with clients.
