Key Responsibilities\n

Your role will encompass a variety of essential duties, crucial to the success of our clients and the efficacy of our treatment protocols. Key responsibilities include:

• Facilitating teletherapy sessions that utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Setting measurable therapeutic goals and consistently monitoring progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Documenting client interactions and treatment progress meticulously to maintain ethical standards in compliance with state regulations.

• Participating in regular team meetings to review cases, share insights, and foster professional development.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid state-issued license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field; a Master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant discipline is strongly preferred.

• Exceptional communication skills with a strong emphasis on active listening and empathy.

• A commitment to ethical practice, compassion in caregiving, and a non-judgmental approach to client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a lucrative compensation package, we provide:
