Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans that address specific concerns.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services through telehealth, maintaining engagement and adjusting approaches based on individual client feedback and progress.

• Collaborate with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals and provide ongoing support, encouragement, and adjustments to treatment strategies as needed during the therapy process.

• Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and solution-focused therapy, tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress in accordance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. You will support clients of all ages, from adolescents to adults, guiding them through evidence-based strategies to overcome personal barriers and achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, or closely related field is required.

• Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport and a therapeutic alliance in a fully remote setting.

• A compassionate and empathetic approach, showing understanding and sensitivity towards clients' unique experiences and challenges.
