Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, providing you the opportunity to connect with clients from the comfort of your home while also collaborating with colleagues in a supportive virtual setting. You will collaborate through telehealth platforms, attend virtual meetings, and participate in online training sessions and consultations, ensuring you receive the necessary support and resources to excel in your role.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to meet client needs.

• Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop client-centered treatment plans that consider the whole person.

• Maintain diligent and accurate client records in compliance with professional and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and ethical documentation practices.

• Engage in case consultations and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of industry advancements.

• Collaborate regularly with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, and social workers, to deliver holistic care to your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. Our client base includes children, adolescents, adults, and families, with varying needs and backgrounds, allowing you to make a substantial impact across diverse demographics.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Active licensure in Pennsylvania as either a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A strong understanding of integrative health principles and a commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive environment for clients from all walks of life.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, aiding in rapport-building with clients and collaboration with colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
