Work Environment\n

This position is primarily a remote role, designed to provide flexibility and convenience. However, you will also have access to our outpatient office in Allentown for client meetings or team collaboration as needed. We have established a culture of collaboration and communication through various digital platforms, ensuring our team remains connected and supported even while working remotely. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at It's Your Move Counseling, you will be entrusted with several important duties:

• Conduct therapeutic sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each individual's needs, enabling them to navigate personal challenges more effectively.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to formulate and update personalized treatment plans, ensuring they align with best practices and facilitate client progress.
\n
• Maintain precise records of client sessions and progress, as well as adhere to all relevant clinical standards and regulations, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.

• Develop and implement custom intervention strategies, monitoring client responses and making necessary adjustments over time.

• Actively represent the organization at local events and workshops to promote community outreach, building relationships that foster trust and connection within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support a diverse clientele, ranging from children and adolescents to adults seeking mental health support. Our clients present a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and behavioral concerns. Your expertise will be vital in addressing these issues, applying your clinical skills to help them achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, demonstrating your qualifications to provide clinical services.

• At least two years of hands-on experience in clinical mental health care, showcasing your ability to work with clients in various settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
