Project Portfolio Manager

Project Portfolio Manager: Managing interdependencies between various projects and activities for the Business Unit Submarines with an accent on strategic alignment, governance, and stakeholder engagement. Focus on coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing complex portfolios, and ensuring compliance with defense industry standards. Location: Must be based in Lund, Sweden. What you will do Define and align portfolio objectives with long‑term strategic business goals. Establish governance frameworks and lead cross‑functional teams to manage project execution. Monitor comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking. Manage end‑to‑end contract compliance and delivery obligations for internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate stakeholder engagement through workshops, meetings, and detailed reporting. Mitigate risks and address interdependencies to ensure portfolio success. Requirements Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in project management and portfolio governance. Fluent in Swedish and English (verbal and written). Strong leadership skills and ability to navigate complex organizational structures. Must pass a security vetting process (additional citizenship obligations may apply). Business acumen with experience in contract management. Nice to have IPMA Level certification or equivalent. Knowledge of defense and security industry regulations.
