Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that align with clients' individual needs.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational procedures.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to integrate mental health treatments with medical care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and team meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and access to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse client base, including adults experiencing mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Proficient in the application of evidence-based treatment modalities to address mental health disorders.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong rapport with clients from a variety of backgrounds.

• A commitment to ethical practice and maintaining client confidentiality.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working in a community health clinic or a group practice environment.

• Demonstrated success in delivering therapy to clients with mood disorders and other mental health conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Radiant Relief offers a competitive salary package ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, in addition to performance-based bonuses.
