Executive Assistant

Our client, a financial services organization is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a senior executive and the broader office team. This individual will play a critical role in managing priorities, coordinating schedules, supporting client activities, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-focused, and able to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the executive's calendar, including scheduling and rescheduling client appointments. Help prioritize daily activities and ensure key tasks and initiatives remain on track. Coordinate travel arrangements, expense tracking, bookkeeping activities, and other personal administrative matters for the executive. Partner with the marketing team to support the planning and execution of client events. Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls professionally. Respond to basic policyholder and policy benefit inquiries. Maintain office inventory and order supplies as needed. Provide administrative support to financial advisors and office staff when required. Assist with general office operations and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Previous executive assistant/administrative experience in a financial organization. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications. Multi‑line phone system experience preferred. Strong organizational skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities with a friendly, professional demeanor. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Flexible, adaptable, and open‑minded approach to changing priorities. Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization. Hours: 8am to 5pm on‑site five days a week. #J-18808-Ljbffr
