Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Winds Of Change Behavioral Health, you will:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individual clients, utilizing established telehealth platforms to deliver high-quality, interactive counseling.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, histories, and treatment needs, ensuring personalized care from day one.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on client assessments, which may include therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, or other evidence-based modalities.

• Provide ongoing mental health support including crisis intervention and appropriate referrals to additional resources or specialists as needed.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with all documentation requirements and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular supervision meetings and team collaborations to enhance clinical skills and share best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves a diverse population ranging from adolescents to adults who are navigating a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active Washington State license as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

Candidates should have a minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health counseling role. Compensation and Benefits\n
