Bilingual Intake Coordinator

Receiving inbound calls and managing authorization processes, the full-time Bilingual Intake Coordinator will document demographic information, follow up on clinical inquiries, and collaborate with internal and external partners in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Document demographic information from telephonic, fax, or email requests within the care management system Make outbound calls to obtain discharge and clinical information necessary for concurrent review Screen inquiries to determine required services and provide certification based on clinical algorithms Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center or customer support environment GED or High School Diploma Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish and English High attention to detail while maintaining accurate and timely relations with partners and members Experience with medical terminology is a plus
