Head Chef / Cook – Café Opening (Queens, NY) Start Date: Training July 1, 2, and July 6–10 (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Grand Opening: July 11 NU3S is seeking an experienced Head Chef / Lead Cook to support the pre‑opening and launch of a high‑volume café in Queens, NY. Pay: Starting at $24/hour (higher based on experience) Responsibilities: Support kitchen setup, menu testing, and pre-opening prep Prepare food to recipe and quality standards Lead and train kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment Oversee food quality, kitchen operations, and workflow Manage inventory and minimize waste Ensure food safety, sanitation, and compliance Maintain a clean, organized kitchen Qualifications: Head Chef, Lead Cook, or Kitchen Manager experience QSR, café, and/or bakery background ServSafe certification required High-volume kitchen experience preferred Strong leadership and organization Weekend and holiday availability About NU3S: NU3S is a new concept launching in Queens, NY, combining a Market Café, valet-operated touchless car wash, and full auto care center.
