What will set you up for success:

• Hold a current Minnesota Special Education Tier 3 or 4 teaching license
• Experience working with elementary-aged students, particularly those with DCD and/or ASD
• Strong commitment to differentiated instruction and inclusive teaching practices
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with paraprofessionals, related service providers, and families
• Adaptability and resourcefulness in a dynamic, center-based classroom environment

Core responsibilities:

• Deliver specially designed instruction tailored to each student's IEP goals
• Develop and implement effective behavior management strategies
• Maintain accurate records and progress monitoring for all students
• Partner with general education teachers and support staff to promote student success
• Engage and guide paraprofessionals in the delivery of student support
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing team collaboration
• Foster an inclusive, supportive, and positive classroom community
