Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, skillfully identifying mental health needs to develop tailored treatment plans that address individual client goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, providing one-on-one counseling, group therapy sessions, and family consultations to ensure comprehensive mental health support across a range of concerns.

• Collaborate proactively with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to coordinate seamless care that attends to all facets of a client’s well-being.

• Provide timely crisis intervention during acute mental health episodes, utilizing both advanced clinical skills and compassion to support clients in distressing circumstances.

• Engage actively in community outreach initiatives to raise mental health awareness, dismantle stigma, and promote available services to underserved populations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. The population may include children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role will be crucial in fostering an inclusive therapeutic environment that respects and understands the unique experiences of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is a must.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Demonstrable cultural competence and sensitivity to produce meaningful interactions with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to treatment timelines.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working with populations impacted by trauma or those requiring crisis management is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with community mental health resources and additional support systems to aid client referrals and resource allocation.

• Experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and tracking client progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n
