Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary duties will include: Conducting individual counseling sessions via video, ensuring a safe space for clients to share their experiences and feelings. Utilizing solution-focused treatment modalities to support clients in setting and achieving therapeutic goals. Collaborating with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific mental health needs. Monitoring clients' progress throughout their treatment journey, adjusting approaches and techniques as necessary. Empowering clients to cultivate healthy coping mechanisms and enhance their self-awareness regarding their emotional and relational dynamics. Engaging in ongoing professional development to stay current with therapeutic practices and techniques. Patient Population / Client Focus Your work will predominantly involve interacting with stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. These clients may include individuals facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, or relationship issues, seeking your expertise to navigate their personal journeys toward improvement. Our goal is to equip these individuals with the necessary tools to enhance their quality of life and achieve better emotional resilience. Qualifications To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field. Possession of a valid and unrestricted license to practice independently, such as: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) No disciplinary actions or limitations on licensure. Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong capacity for empathy and understanding. Proficient computer skills, comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic record-keeping. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth, solution-focused therapy, or working with diverse populations will be viewed favorably. Compensation and Benefits This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and hours worked.
