Office Coordinator

Preventive PLUS

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Office Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide a variety of clerical and administrative support to our employees, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls and greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, planning meetings, and writing correspondence. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Free food & snacks Free uniforms Health insurance Training & development Competitive Compensation Paid Time Off Career Growth Opportunities Responsibilities Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures Create and maintain an organized filing system Greet and assist clients as they arrive Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person Schedule appointments and maintain calendar Organize meetings and take accurate minutes Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately Perform basic bookkeeping activities Contribute to company reportsAddress and resolve customer concerns with a professional attitude Qualifications High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred Previous experience as an Office Coordinator or in a similar position Understanding of basic bookkeeping principles Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects Proficient in Microsoft Products and willingness to learn other tech products inorder to streamline all office work #J-18808-Ljbffr Preventive PLUS
