Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that reflect each patient’s unique experiences, cultural backgrounds, and personal narratives.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the individual needs of each patient, ensuring relevance to their specific cultural context.

• Lead individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing a wide range of mental health concerns and enhancing overall well-being.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating your ability to stay composed and effective under pressure.

• Educate patients and their families about various mental health conditions, explaining treatment options and connecting them to community resources when needed.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing cultural competency training to continually enhance service delivery and team collaboration.

• Stay current on research and best practices in the field of mental health to inform treatment methods and organizational strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will enrich our service offerings as you work with a diverse array of clients, particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds who may face unique challenges when accessing mental health care. You will play a crucial role in promoting inclusivity and delivering personalized mental health support that resonates with each individual’s cultural context.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.
\n
• Deep understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches, particularly through the lens of cultural competence.

• Proven experience in delivering therapy in both individual and group settings, with an emphasis on culturally responsive techniques.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and the capacity to manage high-stress situations effectively.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to foster rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.
\n
• A commitment to upholding professional ethics, confidentiality, and maintaining appropriate boundaries with clients.

• A collaborative attitude and the ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working within multicultural environments and with clients displaying varied levels of mental health acuity.

• Previous telehealth experience is a plus, given the nature of our remote services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer an extensive benefits package that includes:
